Przypominamy o obowiązujących zasadach w związku z pandemią COVID-19.

Zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Rady Ministrów do dnia 31 stycznia 2021 r. osoby przekraczające granicę Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej są zobowiązane do odbycia kwarantanny, o której mowa w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 34 ust. 5 z dnia 5 grudnia 2008 r. o zapobieganiu oraz zwalczaniu zakażeń i chorób zakaźnych u ludzi, trwającej 10 dni, licząc od dnia następującego po przekroczeniu granicy państwowej. Fakt poddania się kwarantannie należy zgłosić do Głównego Inspektora Sanitarnego za pośrednictwem infolinii pod numerem telefonu +48 22 25 00 115, przekazując następujące dane:

• imię i nazwisko;
• numer PESEL, lub datę urodzenia oraz serię i numer paszportu albo innego dokumentu stwierdzającego tożsamość;
• adres miejsca zamieszkania lub pobytu, w którym osoba ta będzie odbywać obowiązkową kwarantannę, oraz numer telefonu do bezpośredniego kontaktu z tą osobą;
• dane dotyczące podróży, w szczególności datę przekroczenia granicy.

Obowiązek ten dotyczy także osób przekraczających granicą statkiem powietrznym w rozumieniu art. 2 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 3 lipca 2002 r. – Prawo lotnicze (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 1970); transportem kolejowym; pojazdem samochodowym będącym środkiem publicznego transportu zbiorowego w rozumieniu art. 4 ust. 1 pkt 14 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 1944), przeznaczonym konstrukcyjnie do przewozu więcej niż 9 osób łącznie z kierowcą, służącym do wykonywania międzynarodowego transportu drogowego lub niezarobkowego międzynarodowego przewozu drogowego, lub międzynarodowego przewozu regulowanego, lub międzynarodowego transportu kombinowanego w rozumieniu odpowiednio art. 4 pkt 2, 6, 7 i 14 ustawy z dnia 6 września 2001 r. o transporcie drogowym (Dz. U. z 2019 r. poz. 2140 oraz z 2020 r. poz. 875 i 1087), przeznaczonym konstrukcyjnie do przewozu powyżej 7 i nie więcej niż 9 osób łącznie z kierowcą w zarobkowym międzynarodowym transporcie drogowym osób.

Pursuant to the ordinance of the Council of Ministers, until January 31, 2021, persons crossing the border of the Republic of Poland are obliged to submit to the quarantine referred to in the regulations issued under Art. 34 sec. 5 of the Act of 5 December 2008 on the prevention and combating of infections and infectious diseases in humans, lasting 10 days, counting from the day following the crossing of the state border. The fact of undergoing quarantine should be reported to the Chief Sanitary Inspector via the hotline +48 22 25 00 115, providing the following data:

• first name and last name;
• PESEL number or date of birth as well as series and number of passport or other document confirming identity;
• the address of the place of residence or stay where the person will be subject to compulsory quarantine, and the telephone number for direct contact with this person;
• travel data, in particular the date of crossing the border.

This obligation also applies to persons crossing the border by an aircraft within the meaning of Art. 2 point 1 of the Act of July 3, 2002 – Aviation Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1970); by rail transport; a motor vehicle which is a means of collective public transport within the meaning of art. 4 sec. 1 point 14 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1944), designed to transport more than 9 people, including the driver, used for international road transport or non-profit international transport road transport, or international regulated transport, or international combined transport within the meaning of respectively Art. 4 points 2, 6, 7 and 14 of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2140 and of 2020, items 875 and 1087), designed to be transported over 7 and no more than 9 passengers, including the driver, in international commercial road transport of passengers.
